- English is the official language of communication, all the communication sent should be in English for the jury to evaluate with convenience.
- All the nominations to be submitted on the official link of WOWCONGRESS site only.
- For each category, a separate nomination needs to be filled. You may choose to nominate in max 3 categories as you wish.
- All the information provided in the nominations will be treated as confidential and will be accessed by jury members & assigned to WOWCONGRESS Management only.
- All the information asked in the nomination form is mandatory.
- Nominees will be contacted and offered the opportunity to provide additional information to support their nomination.
- The winner will be announced by the jury members or WOWCONGRESS Management.
- WOWCONGRESS management will confirm the receipt of nominations to nominators by email.
